Adobe Illustrator training will take place on February 10 and 12 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. There is no charge to students but a commitment must be made to both nights. For more information or to register, contact Katie Homer @ katie.hmr@gmail.com.
A smoking cessation training will be conducted by Jen Tischler from the Utah County Health Department with a tentative date of February 26. All students are invited.
A CHES study session will be conducted by Dr. Brad Neiger in March – date to be announced, in preparation for the April 25 exam.
The HEAU Conference is Friday March 6. As in previous years, the department will pay the $15 conference registration fee if the student pays the $10 membership fee. While this offer is limited to health promotion track students, equivalent opportunities will be made available to students from other tracks.
