Hillary Morris Gets Job with Globus Relief

By Hillary Morris

I graduated with my BS in Public Health in August after completing my internship in Uganda where I lead a project on hand washing and family planning.  I now work for Globus Relief as their International Partnership Manager.  Globus Relief is a non-profit humanitarian organization that purchases and receives donations of medical supplies.  They then charge an administrative fee to our non-profit partners working in international health in over 100 countries.  As their International Partnership Manager I help decide which organizations receive which supplies and how much.  I also assist our partners in what product would best meet the needs of the population they are serving.  Globus Relief is also currently building clinics in Haiti and Ethiopia.  Within the next six months I’ll also have the opportunity to start traveling on mission trips all over the world.
